Our accountants are ACCA-certified and boast up to a decade of accounting experience, including up to five years with accounting firms. Moreover, our virtual accountants have the flexibility to adapt to different working models, transitioning between part-time, full-time, and ad hoc arrangements within a 10-day period with a simple notification to the area manager of our service. We offer a fixed fee for a one-year term, although you'll be entering into a month-to-month contract. This arrangement enables you to terminate the service with a 30-day notice during the first year and a 60-day notice during the second year. At the end of each year, prices are adjusted based on the experience level outlined in the Fee schedules, which we will provide before commencing work together.

If you need to change working models between part-time, full-time, and ad hoc, We can easily do so within a 10-day period by simply contacting the area manager of our service via phone call or email.

At The Reliance Outsourcing, your virtual accountant operates from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm Eastern Standard Time, ensuring a live working engagement experience tailored to your requirements. We customize the experience according to your needs, whether you utilize our Management Portal, Remote Desktop, or communication software like Skype, Slack, Teams. Alternatively, you can manage the entire experience via email if preferred. Communication encompasses instructions, job reviews, deadlines from your end, and queries, along with job updates from the virtual accountant's side.

We maintain high productivity standards and empower you to determine acceptable levels while accommodating requests to reduce hours if you feel excessive time has been allocated.
